*** WATER OUTAGE ***

NOVEMBER 4, 2024

The Town of Mountain City has a major water leak on one of our large 10-inch main lines. This will affect a large portion of the Mountain City area.

Possible areas affected will be Forge Creek, Highway 421 South and all side roads, Highway 67 and all side roads.

We do not have a definite time frame for water service to be restored but it could be several hours due to the severe nature of the leak. Crews are onsite and working diligently to repair the leak.
